DeCarlo won his first Emmy Award in 2011 as Comedy Contributor for the ABC morning show Windy City Live. The show also premiered in May 2011 in Oprah Winfrey's historic time slot. DeCarlo then went on to win two more Emmy Awards for the show in 2012.
