Thomas Kuhn taught Philosophy of Science, along with history in 3 different universities. From 1951 - 1956, he taught at Harvard; from 1956 - 164, he taught at the University of California Berkely; and from 1979 - 1991, he taught at MIT. During this time, he had an immense impact on Philosophy of Science and contributed to its progression during the 20th century.- In 1957, Thomas Kuhn published "The Copernican Revolution", a book that analyzes Copernicus' heliocentric theory proposal and its significance during the Renaissance. - American historian and Philosopher of Science Thomas Kuhn publishes a book named "The structure of Scientific Revolutions" in which he explained the advancement of science through "paradigm shifts", a term that challenges the previously accepted idea that science is a linear accumulation of knowledge. Thomas Samuel Kuhn (18 de xunetu de 1922, Cincinnati – 17 de xunu de 1996, Cambridge) foi un historiador y filósofu de la cienciaestauxunidense, conocíu pola so contribución al cambéu d'orientación de la filosofía y la socioloxía científica na década de 1960.
